This fabulous, well equipped self-catering Benalmadena holiday apartment is located in a quiet area, just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Benalmadena and its fabulous award winning Marina. Situated in beautiful gardens with fabulous swimming pool.

The large balcony is equipped with table and chairs from where you have breathtaking panoramic views of the marina, beaches and the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Be sure to bring your binoculars to watch the many boats sailing to and from the marina!

The kitchen has cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The spacious lounge has two sofas, one a sofa bed, UK TV channels, DVD player, CD system with patio doors leading on to the balcony. The spacious bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of wardrobe space. A fold-up bed is available for a 5th person.
